In Court: Man Denies Indecent Assault Against Woman, Including Touching Her Leg & Private Part

Today, September 17, 2024, Jhonny Emmanuel Estrada pleaded not guilty to two charges of indecent assault and one charge of common assault.
Regarding the first indecent assault charge, Magistrate Gunn said it was alleged that Estrada indecently assaulted a woman in George Town in May 2024 by putting his hand on her vagina.
Concerning the second indecent assault charge, it was alleged that Estrada assaulted the woman by using his hand to touch her leg.
For the final charge, it is alleged that Estrada unlawfully assaulted the woman.
Magistrate Gunn extended Estrada’s bail, and trial is expected to commence in January 2025.
Magistrate Gunn also ordered that nothing be published about the proceedings which may identify the woman.
