The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service confirmed that in order to facilitate a New Year’s Eve Celebration taking place today, Tuesday, 31 December 2024, the following road closures have been put in place from 3pm today and will continue until 3 am on 1st January 2025.
- Seafarers way between Fort Street and Goring Avenue
- The junction of Shedden Road and Seafarers Way.
Local access will be allowed for a specific period of the road closure as necessary for business open during this period and for cruise line passengers to gain access to the port for departure.
Persons are advised to exercise caution when travelling in these areas during these times.
