Andre Tyrone Heron Pleads “Not Guilty” To Common Assault Against A Woman

Today, December 12, 2024, Andre Tyrone Heron pleaded not guilty in the Summary Court to an allegation of common assault against a woman, and guilty to possession of Ganja and consumption of Ganja. His bail was extended to January 2025, when he is expected back in court.
The allegations
Regarding the common assault, it was alleged that on April 26, 2024, at Up The Hill Road in West Bay, Heron assaulted a woman.
Concerning the drugs, it was alleged that, on the same date, Heron possessed 3.36 grams of ganja and consumed ganja.
After making the above pleas, Magistrate Gunn extended Heron’s bail to January 2025.
