The Ministry of District Administration and Lands (MDAL) is requesting quotes from interested parties for the construction of up to eight new affordable homes in accordance with the approved plans provided by MDAL.
All proposals must be submitted at https://cayman.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/ by the submission deadline of Friday, July 12, 2024, 5:00 pm EST.
It’s imperative to note that any proposals submitted to a different location or after the submission deadline will be unequivocally rejected.

If there are any inquiries or a need for clarification, they must be submitted via Bonfire during the question period.
Proponents and their representatives are strictly prohibited from directly contacting any CIG employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives regarding this procurement, with the exception of the Procurement Contact or the Central Procurement Office.
Any failure to adhere to this rule will result in the immediate disqualification of the Proponent and rejection of the Proposal.
