Cayman Islands Girls Under-17 National Team Set For 2025 Concacaf U-17 Women’s Qualifiers

The Cayman Islands Football Association (CIFA) proudly announces the Cayman Islands Girls Under-17 National Team’s participation in the upcoming 2025 Concacaf U-17 Women’s Qualifiers. This tournament serves as a gateway to the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup and will kick off on January 27 in Puerto Rico.

The Cayman Islands are placed in Group A alongside hosts Puerto Rico, Bermuda, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The team departed the Cayman Islands this morning. 

The team’s schedule in Puerto Rico is as follows:

“We are thrilled to see our young players compete on such a significant stage,” CIFA Women’s Technical Director Martha Godet said. “This tournament is not just about competition; it’s a platform for our players to showcase their talent, dedication and the spirit of Cayman football. We are confident that they will represent the Cayman Islands with honor and strive for excellence.”
