According to the Jamaica Defence Force Coast Guard, they seized 560 pounds of marijuana yesterday, September 20, 2024. It was a joint operation with the Cayman Islands Coast Guard.
The Jamaica Defence Force Coast Guard said this is another demonstration of our strong regional partnerships aimed at protecting our borders, stemming the transhipment of narcotics and securing the region’s blue economy.
