Prosecution Withdraws Threats To Kill & Common Assault Charges Against Man

In a Specialist Domestic Violence hearing this morning, February 13, 2025, Francis Alexander Campbell appeared before the Summary Court for common assault, threats to kill and assault causing actual bodily harm.
During the hearing, Crown Counsel Kenneth Ferguson stated that no evidence would be offered against Campbell. In the circumstances, the charges were withdrawn.
After hearing from Crown Counsel, the Chief Magistrate entered a formal verdict of “not guilty.”
