Miss Universe Cayman Islands Committee Press Release
Raegan Rutty left for Miss Universe on Sunday afternoon with Committee member Donna Bush. Raegan will compete with 120 countries at the 73rd Miss Universe pageant in Mexico City on 16 November.
Hon Minister Kenneth Bryan, Hon Parliamentary Secretary Heather Bodden joined the Committee, family and friends for Raegan’s send off.
