Romario Ashanie Brown appeared in the Summary Court today, December 10, 2024, where he pleaded not guilty to charges of burglary, attempted burglary and criminal trespass.

Regarding the burglary, it was alleged that Brown entered Savannah Medical Clinic located at Countryside Shopping centre where he stole a flat metal pan containing cash totaling $5,839.82, credit card slips and cheques.

Concerning the attempted burglary, it was alleged that Brown attempted to enter the Cayman First Insurance office located at Countryside Shopping centre as a trespasser with intent to commit theft.

Lastly, regarding the criminal trespass, it was alleged that Brown entered a Bodden Town premises belonging to Arlond Brooks without having any lawful business there.

After hearing Brown’s not guilty pleas, Magistrate Gunn noted he must return to the Summary Court in January 2025.
