Last night, October 26, 2024, a unique pageant was held at the ARC Camana Bay where three new beauty queens were crowned at one event. The concept was introduced by Pamela Ebanks-Small, who operates Girl Power Limited. Shiiannte Sterling was crowned Miss Teen World Cayman Islands, Tracey Campbell won Miss Supranational Cayman Islands and Latecia Bush is the new Miss World Cayman Islands.
Miss Teen World Cayman Islands
In addition to winning Miss Teen World Cayman Islands, Shiiannte Sterling won Miss Best Top Model, Beauty With a Purpose, Miss Best in Interview, and Miss Best in Gown.
She also tied for Miss Best in Sports with contestant #1, Azaria Wright.
Other awards were as follows:
- Miss Multimedia: contestant #1, Azaria Wright
- Miss Photogenic: contestant #2, Amy Barrett
- Miss Congeniality: contestant #3, Sheridan Seymour
Miss Supranational
Regarding special awards, Tracey Campbell, the winner of Miss Supranational, also won Miss Best in Top Model.

Miss World Cayman Islands
Following the announcement of the Miss Supranational winner, Estefania McDermot and Latecia Bush were left to decide the Miss World Cayman Islands title. It was probably the most tense moment of the night as it was the only time that two contestants clasped hands, awaiting a deciding vote.
After a few seconds wait, which seemed like a lifetime, Latecia Bush was announced as Miss World Cayman Islands.
