Water Authority-Cayman advised that the next disconnections for unpaid bills will occur on July 22, 2024. These disconnections will affect Cayman Brac, Industrial Park, Windsor Park, Crewe Road, and Central George Town.
To avoid disconnection, customers may click the below link to pay their bills online: https://billpay.waterauthority.ky/quickpay
Customers who know they will not be able to pay their entire bill on time may contact the Water Authority’s customer service department before the due date at [email protected] or 949-2837 (Grand Cayman) or 948-1403 (Cayman Brac) to discuss.
