Liana Patrizia Anderson appeared in the Summary Court yesterday, July 30, 2025, to face several counts of common assault and damage to property. After hearing her mixed pleas of guilty and not guilty, her bail was extended to September 11, 2025.
Details of allegations
For the first common assault charge, it is alleged that Anderson unlawfully assaulted a man on Maple Road on September 8, 2024. Anderson pleaded not guilty.
For the second charge of common assault, it is alleged that Anderson assaulted the same man on July 3, 2025.
Concerning the first damage to property charge, it is alleged that Anderson damaged the steering wheel of a man’s motor vehicle on September 9, 2024. Anderson pleaded not guilty.
Regarding the second damage to property charge, it is alleged that Anderson damaged the glass windows of the house of a man on September 9, 2024. Anderson pleaded guilty.
Moving on to the third damage to property charge, it is alleged that Anderson damaged a tire valve on September 10, 2024. Anderson pleaded guilty.
For the fourth damage to property charge, it is alleged that on July 3, 2025, Anderson damaged a central processing unit and a keyboard. Anderson pleaded guilty.
Next steps
Anderson is expected to return to court on September 11, 2025, for a case management hearing. In the meantime, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is expected to review certain matters regarding the case.
