Trecy Fabiola Garcia Holl Douglas appeared in the Summary Court yesterday, January 14, 2024, to face charges of possession of ganja, consumption of ganja and possession of a utensil used in the consumption of ganja. She pleaded guilty to all charges.
Background
Regarding the background of the charges, it was explained in the Summary Court that on December 29, 2022, the woman, without lawful excuse or without being authorised, possessed 3.97 grams (0.14 ounces) of ganja.
The ganja consumption and possession of utensil charges relate to the same date as the ganja possession.
Wilson is expected to return to the Summary Court on March 17, 2025, for further proceedings.
