Yesterday, February 11, 2025, Sean Antonio Alister Golding appeared in the Summary Court to face allegations of conspiracy to defeat justice and possession of oxycodone and ganja. However, the case did not progress because the prosecution indicated it needed more time.
Given that the prosecution required further time, the case details were not discussed.
In the meantime, Golding, a pharmacy technician according to the Pharmacy Council’s list of licensed practitioners as of December 31, 2024, will be subject to several bail conditions, including the following:
- Local surety of $2,000
- Live and reside at the address provided to the court
- Curfew from 6 pm to 6 am
- Attend the Bodden Town police station on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 9 am and 1 pm
- Wear an electronic monitor
- Stay away from airports and seaports
Golding is expected to return to court on March 4, 2025.
