Press Release From Her Excellency The Governor
Regarding the changes in the Government announced today, October 31, Her Excellency The Governor issued the following statement:
I have been advised that four Members of Parliament – Deputy Premier Honourable André Ebanks, Minister of Sustainability and Climate Resiliency, Honourable Katherine Ebanks-Wilks, Health Minister, Honourable Sabrina Turner and Parliamentary Secretary Heather Bodden, have resigned from the Government today.
I am in discussions with the Premier, Hon Juliana O’Connor-Connolly and will provide a further update as soon as possible.
In the meantime, our public service continues to discharge their duties to ensure continuity of service to the public.
I urge the public to remain tuned in to official channels.
