Today, June 12, 2026, a Grand Court jury returned a verdict of “not guilty” in favour of a man who was accused of sexually assaulting his 15-year-old daughter (now 17). The man was represented by Attorneys Stacy-Ann Kelly and Lee Halliday-Davis.
The verdict means that the jury effectively agreed with the powerful arguments brought by Kelly and Halliday-Davis that there were inconsistencies in the allegations and the prosecution did not prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Following the verdict, Justice Richards informed the man that he was free to go.
