Two People Charged With Selling illegal Lottery Tickets & Possession of Criminal Property

Derron Mark Andrew Latham, and Alicia Camelia Harrison appeared on the Summary Court list today, June 11, 2026, charged with unlawful gaming, possession of criminal property and possession of an instrument for the selling of illegal lottery tickets.
Regarding unlawful gaming, it was alleged that Latham and Harrison sold lottery tickets on May 23, 2025.
Concerning the charges of possession of criminal property, it is alleged that on the same date, Latham and Harrison, had possession of criminal property namely KYD $4,290, GBP £20.00, KYD$12,816.60 and USD$1,764.00 in cash.
For the possession of an instrument for the selling of illegal lottery tickets, it is alleged that Latham and Harrison had in their possession illegal instruments used for the purpose of illegal gambling, namely, papers, calculators.
