Today, June 12, 2026, Tarrick Kevin Crawford pled guilty in the Grand Court to charges of dangerous driving.  His sentencing is scheduled for October 9, 2026.

Regarding the charges, it was stated in court that on November 7, 2020, Crawford dangerously drove an unregistered Honda motorcycle on Powell Smith Drive in West Bay, Grand Cayman, an act that tragically resulted in the death of Chuck Elvis Ebanks.

In the second, unrelated matter, Crawford was charged with dangerous driving. This offence occurred on April 21, 2024, when he was found operating a Toyota motor vehicle across several locations in Grand Cayman, including the Seven Mile Public Beach car park, West Bay Road, Lime Tree Bay Road, Governor’s Square, and Town Hall Road.
