Man Charged After Using Another Person’s Card At West Bay Bars

Nickalous Youlando Stevenson appeared in the Summary Court today facing charges, including obtaining property by deception. Mr. Stevenson is accused of dishonestly acquiring $39.60 from two liquor-licensed premises, The Bird bar and Backroom Bar.

Reportedly, Stevenson allegedly used Mr. Gunaran’s bank card to purchase goods at these establishments. He also faces a charge of handling stolen goods, specifically the same bank card, with the knowledge or belief that it was stolen.

The case has been adjourned, and Stevenson is scheduled to return to court on June 18 for case management.
