Awardnath (Howard) Deosaran appeared in the Summary Court today, November 26, 2024, on behalf of himself and Centre For Women, Family & Child Health, a business he directed. Guilty pleas were entered into for a long list of charges connected to failure to contribute to a pension plan for employees, failure to pay arrears of contributions into the pension plan and failure to pay wages. He was bailed to return to Court at a later date.

Bail conditions
Given the above guilty pleas, Chief Magistrate Hernandez implemented the following bail conditions:
- Deosaran must provide a security for $5,000.
- Passport must be surrendered to the Court.
- Not to go within 100 yards of any airport or seaport.
- Stop notice to be put in place.
- Report to the George Town police station on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10 am and 5 pm.
