Stephannie Pryce appeared in the Grand Court today, June 26, 2026, to face an allegation of burglary. She pled not guilty and her trial date was set.
Based on the explanation in court, on December 26, 2025, Pryce allegedly entered an apartment located at Portland Road, George Town, and stole gift cards, food items, and cash amounting to CI$15,000. Pryce pled not guilty to the charge.
The case is proceeding to a jury trial, with the trial date set for the last quarter of 2026.
In the meantime, Pryce will remain on bail with the following conditions:
** She must provide a surety of $1,500
** She must surrender her travel documents
** She must refrain from contacting any involved parties
** She must reside at a specified address given to the court

Price was charged section 243 of the Penal Code (2024 revision). This states:
Burglary
243. (1) A person who —
(a) enters any building or part of a building as a trespasser and with intent to commit any such offence as is mentioned in subsection (2); or
(b) having entered any building or part of a building as a trespasser steals or attempts to steal anything in the building or that part of it or inflicts or attempts to inflict on any person therein any grievous bodily harm, commits the offence of burglary and is liable to imprisonment for fourteen years.
