A man, whose name cannot be published because of restrictions placed on the media, appeared in the Grand Court today, June 12, 2026, to face various charges involving a 13-year-old and 7-year-old. The man pled not guilty to all charges.

The details of the charges are as follows:

Count 1

Rape contrary to section 127 of the Penal Code 2018 revision.

It was alleged that, on multiple occasions between April 13, 2019, and December 18, 2025, the man committed vaginal rape of a girl under the age of 13 years (vaginal).

Count 2

Rape contrary to section 127 of the Penal Code 2018 revision.

It was alleged that, on multiple occasions between April 13, 2019, and December 18, 2025, the man committed anal rape of a girl under the age of 13 years

Count 3

Assault by penetration contrary to section 132A of the Penal Code 2018 revision.

It was alleged that, on the above dates, for the purposes of obtaining sexual gratification, he intentionally and without consent penetrated with his penis the mouth of a girl under the age of 13 years.

Count 4

Indecent assault contrary to section 132 of the Penal Code 2018 revision.

 It was alleged that, on the above dates, he indecently assaulted a girl under the age of 13 years, by touching her vagina, breast, and bottom.

Count 5

Inviting a child to participate in sexual activity contrary to section 228K of the Penal Code 2018 revision.

It was alleged that, on multiple occasions between April 30, 2019, and December 18, 2025, he invited a child under the age of 13 to engage in sexual behavior, namely touching his penis.

Count 6

Causing a child to watch sexual activity contrary to section 228i of the Penal Code 2018 revision.

It was alleged that, on multiple occasions between April 13, 2019, and April 14, 2022, for the purposes of obtaining sexual gratification, he intentionally caused another child under the age of 13, to look at pornography on his phone.

Count 7

Possession of an imitation firearm to commit an offense contrary to section 18, subsection 6 of the Firearms Act 2008 revision.

 It was alleged that, between April 13, 2019, and December 18, 2025, the man was in possession of an imitation firearm, namely a black handgun, with the intent to commit an offense, namely rape.

Count 8

Indecent assault contrary to section 132 of the Penal Code 2024 revision.

It was alleged that, o multiple occasions between October 31, 2025, and December 12, 2025, within the jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands, he indecently assaulted a child under the age of 13.

Count 9

Attempted to make indecent photographs of children contrary to the Penal Code 2024 revision.

 It was alleged that, between October 31, 2025, and December 12, 2025, the man attempted to make an indecent image of a child under the age of 13.

Count 10

Assault by penetration contrary to section 132 subsection one of the Penal Code 2024 revision.

It was alleged that, on August 17, 2025, in West Bay, Grand Cayman, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, he intentionally and without consent penetrated digitally the anus of a child aged seven years.

Count 11

Possession of an imitation firearm to commit an offense contrary to Section 18, Subsection 6 and 8 of the Firearms Act 2024 revision.

It was alleged that, on August 17, 2025, in West Bay, Grand Cayman, he had in his possession an imitation firearm, with intent and by means of the imitation firearm to commit an offense.
