Erica Vanessa Green appeared in the Summary Court today, June 9, 2026, to face allegations of theft from Home Gas Ltd.
Outlining the details of the charges, Magistrate McFarlane said that it was alleged that between February 24, 2021, and July 19, 2023, Green stole from Home Gas Ltd monies in the sum of $35,540.23 KYD and US$319.21. Green pled guilty to the charges.
Regarding the next step, Magistrate McFarlane ordered a pre-sentencing report to be produced for the purpose of the sentencing in August, 2026.
