To protect the integrity of the proceedings and adhere strictly to court-ordered media reporting restrictions, no individuals involved in the case—including the defendant and the complainant—can be identified by name.

The defendant appeared before Hon. Justice Richards today, October 2, 2026, represented by defence attorney Amelia Fosuhene. The accused entered a string of “Not Guilty” pleas to three severe counts on the indictment list, setting the stage for a spring trial.
