Kedar Lindsay appeared in the Summary Court today, September 15, 2026, to face charges of Ganja possession and consumption and possession of a utensil used in the consumption of Ganja. He pled guilty to all charges.
The court heard that, on April 8, 2026, at Northward Prison, Lindsay had 0.26 ounces of Ganja. He was also charged with consumption on the same date.
Regarding the final charge, Lindsay was charged with possession of a grinder and rolling papers.
Instead of sentencing Lindsay today, the court imposed a supervised drug testing regime with tests scheduled for October 2, October 16 and October 30. He was released on bail until his sentencing date on November 11, 2026.
