Genesis Almanzar-Montero appeared in the Summary Court today, July 14, 2026, to face charges of common assault and damaging the windshield of a Mercedes-Benz. She pled not guilty to the allegations.
Regarding the common assault, it was alleged that, on November 26, 2025, at The Bird, West Bay Road, Almanzar-Montero unlawfully assaulted Josh Evan Hydes.
Concerning the vehicle damage, it was alleged that, on the same date and without lawful excuse, Almanzar-Montero damaged property belonging to Josh Evan Hydes , namely the windscreen of a Mercedes-Benz, intending to damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged, the value of the property being less than CI $3,000.
A case management hearing was set for July 30, 2026, to further discuss the particulars of the case.
