Kendra Martina Bodden appeared in the Grand Court today, June 12, 2026, to face an allegation of murder. Bodden pled not guilty.
According to statements in court, it was alleged that Bodden murdered Lincoln Silburn on March 23, 2025, in the vicinity of Mary Street, George Town, Grand Cayman.
The November 2026 trial for this case is anticipated to last five to seven days, however, its commencement is significantly dependent on the timely procurement of medical reports and the resolution of funding issues.
Although Justice Richards explicitly expressed concern that Bodden has been waiting for more than a year, Bodden was further remanded in custody until her trial date.
