A man appeared before the Grand Court on July 10, 2026, to face three allegations of indecent assault, three counts of rape, and one charge of incest. He pled not guilty to all charges and his trial was set for November 2026.

Regarding the charges, it was alleged that between 2017 and 2019, the man indecently assaulted a a girl by placing her hand on his exposed penis in his car.

For the second indecent assault offence during the same period, it was alleged that he performed oral sex on her his home.

Concerning the third indecent assault, it was alleged that, on multiple occasions, he made her masturbate him in his home.

On the count of incest, it was alleged that, on multiple occasions, he allegedly had sexual intercourse with her in his home, knowing she was his relative.

Regarding the first count of rape, it was alleged rape that he raped her in his car at the beach.

A second alleged rape also took place in his car at the beach.

The third alleged rape occurred in his home.

The man’s trial is scheduled for November 16, 2026, with a case management hearing on September 24, 2026. Bail has been extended until trial, and the court put reporting restrictions in place to protect the identity of the complainant.
