Othneil Hezekiah Williams, Hank Diego Robinson-Porter, and Gage Rivers McLean appeared in the Grand Court today, May 29, 2026, to face allegations of robbery, and possession of an unlicensed firearm.
Regarding the robbery, it was alleged that on April 20, 2026, the men stole jewelry to the value of KYD$26,554.62 from Rakesh Baxani at Rocky’s Diamond jewelry store, North Church Street, George Town and, at the time of doing so, and in order to do so, used force or sought to put Rakesh Baxani in fear of being then and there subjected to force.
Concerning the first firearm possession charge, it was alleged that the men had in their possession a firearm, namely a Taurus G2C 9mm Pistol, with intent to commit a robbery.
The second firearm charge was simple possession or “simpliciter.”
McLean pleaded not guilty to all charges, while Williams appeared to state that he wished to plead guilty to all charges.
The men are scheduled to return to court on June 26, 2026.
